• Hotel Bookings
• Local Transport & Sightseeing Arrangements
• Visa Assistance
• Travel Consultation Services

We do not provide airline ticket booking services. All services are subject to availability and vendor/supplier policies.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued.
• Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.
• Full payment may be required before service delivery.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of non-payment.
   

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.

In general:

• Service fees and consultation charges are non-refundable.
• Vendor policies apply.
• No-show may result in 100% cancellation charges.
   

Customers must:

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Carry valid government-issued ID.
• Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months for international travel).
• Provide complete and correct visa documentation. 

The Company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

The Company:

• Does not guarantee visa approval.
• Is not responsible for visa rejection.
• Does not refund visa processing or consultation fees once the process has started.
   

The Company acts as a travel organizer and coordinator. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of hotels, transport providers, or vendors.
• Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions.
• Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or force majeure events.
• Loss of luggage, personal belongings, injury, or damage during travel.

Customers agree that liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or services due to operational requirements or vendor issues. Equivalent alternatives may be provided where necessary.

All website content, logos, branding, text, and materials are the property of BCAC ENTERPRISE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us. Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.
