This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all bookings and services provided by BCAC ENTERPRISE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By booking any travel package, hotel accommodation, transport arrangement, visa assistance, or related travel service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
The Company provides:
Domestic and International Tour Packages
Hotel Booking
Local Transport & Sightseeing Arrangements
Visa Assistance & Travel Consultation
The Company does not provide airline ticket bookings.
We act as a travel service organizer and coordinate with third-party vendors such as hotels and transport providers. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective vendors.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (partial or full) and issuance of confirmation by the Company.
By making payment, the customer agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Once a booking is confirmed:
Cancellation charges will apply.
Service/consultation/processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
Vendor cancellation policies will apply.
In most cases, cancellation after confirmation may result in up to 100% cancellation charges.
Refund eligibility depends entirely on vendor terms and the timing of cancellation.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable once processed:
Visa processing fees
Consultation fees
Service and administrative charges
Customized itinerary planning fees
Special promotional or discounted packages
Any confirmed booking where vendor policy states non-refundable
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear on the scheduled travel date or failure to utilize booked services will be treated as a No-Show and shall attract 100% cancellation charges.
6. Visa Rejection
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
The Company is not responsible for visa rejection. All visa processing fees and service charges are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Pandemic situations
Acts of God
Vendor operational issues
Refunds in such cases, if any, shall depend strictly on vendor policies.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–21 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
9. Amendments
Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, services, etc.) are subject to availability and vendor approval. Amendment charges may apply.
10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By making payment, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company for resolution.
Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in legal action.
